"I've found the comments section to be perfectly suited to the needs of my small local outdoor adventure club. We have no budget so we're currently using the free version (thank you - it is amazing!). We use the calendar to post outings that people want to lead. The leader posts details and then we use the signup feature to enable the trip leader to communicate directly to the people that signed up for the trip. The comments section is ideal for people interested in the trip to ask questions about the trip within the context of that trip (rather than clogging up our regular "all club" email list.

The Teamup app is so full featured but easy to use, it is very impressive.
