Are you waiting for an email from Teamup, but haven't received it yet?
You may be looking for an activation email for your new Teamup user account or an invitation to a Teamup calendar.
If you haven't received the email you expect after a few minutes, here's what to do.
In your email client, search for a keyword (e.g. "Teamup" or "teamup.com" or "support@teamup.com). Be sure to expand your search to include your Spam (Junk/Trash) folder.
Many email providers have precautions in place to protect you from junk/spam email. In some cases, any email from an unknown sender will not be allowed through or will be sent straight to the spam folder. To prevent this from happening with Teamup emails, you can whitelist Teamup.
Whitelisting an email address means adding them to an "approved senders" list. When you do this, your email client understands that this sender is okay and will let their emails come to your inbox.
Whitelisting an email address varies from one email provider to another. Try searching "How to whitelist for [your email provider]."
If you're not receiving email to an organizational email address (e.g. your work or school email inbox), contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist *@teamup.com.
Once you've whitelisted Teamup, request another activation email or ask the calendar admin to send another calendar invitation.
If you still can't find the Teamup activation email or calendar invitation email, contact our support team for help: support@teamup.com.
When emails cannot be delivered, we receive back an error message from your email server. Email addresses are added to the suppression list if email delivery fails permanently. If that's happened with your email address, our support team can manually remove your email address from the suppression list at your request.
