Join them for a live virtual lecture on the life and work of Johannes Vermeer, famous Dutch painter, by one of the world's leading Vermeer experts.
Find out how Vermeer emerges as a super-specialist in interior scenes. Discussions:
how he functioned in the fabric of Delft life; two of his best works: View of Delft and the Art of Painting (Artist in Studio); psychological tricks of the painter’s trade and include Optics and Science in Delft.
