Markdown is a lightweight markup language with plain-text-formatting syntax.Ā On the Teamup app, the description field supportsĀ the Markdown syntax.
On a browser, there is a WYSIWYG editor for text in the description field, with text formatting options in the menu bar.
We've now added support for Markdown syntax in the browser's description field as well. You can add formatting right as you type for more efficient text input.Ā
Here are a few basics to get you started:
- Start a line with a dash or an asterisk to begin a bulleted list
- Start a line with 1 to begin a numbered list
- Start a line with # or ## to create a header
- *italic* becomesĀ italic
- **bold** becomeĀ bold
