Resize and rearrange columns in Table view

In Table view, each event field is shown in its own column for a spreadsheet-like calendar layout. You can adjust which columns are shown, and resize and rearrange the visible columns.
Show/hide columns
Use the Show/Hide Columns menu and check or uncheck columns:
Drag to resize
In the column header, over the separating line. When the double-sided arrow appears, click and drag to resize the column:
Rearrange
Click the arrow in the column head and choose Move left or Move Right:
