One of the discussions happening will be the "Are you book enough" play challenge. The theme for September is "Weathered". Read more about the Are You Book Enough challenge started by Sarah Maker of Editions Studio in Seattle, WA in 2017.

Program meeting: Origami PocketFolds with Laurel Herbeck - the Pocket Envelope Fold and the V-fold will be made from a single piece of paper and can be used as book pages in a variety of ways. Handout here.
Please have the following materials and tools ready for the activity:
Bone folder
Paper - copy paper, wrapping paper, lightweight painted paper such as Arches Text Wove, old maps or parchment papers. (Card stock is too heavy; consider anything that is origami-weight paper.) In the samples pictured Laurel used Arches Text Wove, copy paper, and Washi decorative papers.
Small pocket envelope: you will need a piece 4 ½" x 18"
Origami V-fold: you will need a piece 11" x 17"
