Free and open to the public. The 2026 Mindful Nature Walks occur on the 1st Saturday of each month with alternating locations at Cullinan Park and Seabourne Creek Nature Park. Plan an experience at both parks for a monthly mindful walk led by Texas Master Naturalist Tierra Ortiz-Rodriguez in a peaceful park setting.
Join us as we slow down, sense, and savor the natural world around us while practicing mindful movement, mindful breathing, sensory awareness, and nature meditation.
Dress for current weather conditions and bring a hat, water bottle and bug spray. In the event of rain or inclement weather the walk will be cancelled.
