Spoken Word for DA
The spoken word can have a great impact on us all. Across cultures, stories that seem very simple on the surface have depths of wisdom within them. Gather together to share works of literature, poetry (our own or others’), and our own stories. Spoken word enactment can open our hearts, deepen our shared connections and understanding, and facilitate resilience in these times of growing peril.
You are welcome to read a story or poem that holds wisdom and that you would like to share. Ideally it relates to the monthly theme. It can be your own, or from another writer. Just let Dawn know the approximate length of time you will need: email her at: dawn (at) creativeeconomyenterprises.com.
