🖨 Make your own holiday printable planners and calendars with Teamup!

We put together a collection of free holiday printable planners and calendars. These planning and calendar templates can help you stay organized and focus on what matters during this fun but busy season!

You can also make your own holiday printable planners. Here's a quick tutorial!

Start with a blank Teamup calendar or printable template. 

• You can use one of these blank printable calendar templates.
• For a Christmas Countdown like the one above, start with one of these countdown templates.
• Or you can create a new Teamup calendar to use for making your own templates.
• Or you can use a Teamup calendar you already have: just toggle all sub-calendars off (hidden from view) to get a blank calendar view with no events displayed. 

Choose the calendar view and adjust the date range.

• Explore the different calendar views and pick the one that suits your needs the best. 
• If needed, make adjustments in Settings:
  • Hide weekends.
  • Enable calendar views. 
  • Set the number of days in Multi-day view.
  • Set the number of weeks in Multi-week view. 
• Pro tip: You can also use link parameters to adjust calendar views.
• You can adjust the calendar resolution (or zoom level) to get the view just right. 

Take a screen grab or download a PDF. 

• Now you need to create an image of your blank calendar template:
  • Take a screenshot of it, or
  • Save as a PDF, then take a screenshot of the PDF.
• The PDF method can be helpful to make sure your blank calendar will fit on the page the way you want it to. You can use the print preview to adjust landscape or portrait orientation and check that it shows up correctly. You may be able to adjust the scale and fine-tune more in your browser's print option. 
• You can also collapse the sidebar and adjust your browser window to the needed size, then take a screenshot. 

Use your blank calendar/planner with other templates, backgrounds, and images.

• Once you have the image of your custom-made blank calendar, you can combine it with other templates, background, and images. 
• Canva has a great selection of templates that are free to use.
  • Choose the template you like, upload your blank calendar, and drag it into the template. 
    
  • Then you can adjust the size, add more images and elements, change colors, and fine-tune until it's just like you want.
