If you are working with similar tasks or jobs that repeat on a regular basis, such as maintenance tasks, you can use recurring events to set these up efficiently.
Instead of creating the maintenance tasks over and over, set up each event as a recurring event as seen here. You can set them up to repeat automatically every week, every two weeks, every month or every other month, and so on.
If needed, you can adjust the timing of a single instance in the recurring series. For example, let's say the maintenance task is set to repeat on the first Monday of each month. But that day is a holiday for this month, so you can simply drag it to another date and choose to save the changes for that event only.
With Teamup you can customize repeating events beyond standard patterns, too.
