Do you currently have a headstand, handstand, and/or forearm practice and wish to build upon it and take it to the next level? If not now, when? We are a YES for helping you step into a new space with these poses.
Inversions are often met with fear, due to the possibility of falling. But, learning to fly means accepting the fact that you will likely fall. The key is to learn to turn these falls into experience, rather than frustration. Every time you try and fall, your body and mind become more accepting of the fact that your feet are now over your head, and your faith in yourself and your ability will increase as well.
Inversions and arm balances are some of the most rewarding and beneficial poses in yoga, but they take time to cultivate. Not only do they require the strength of body, but they also require the strength of will and the ability to step out of one's comfort zone.
In the upcoming Intermediate/Advanced Inversions/Arm Balancing Workshop, we will give you the tools you need to take your inversions and arm balances to the next level. We will give tips on the form and alignment that are critical for success.
Please don't let the words, "intermediate" and/or "advanced" intimidate you or cause you to fear. We promise that whatever level you're at with your inversions, that this workshop will be fun and that you will come out of it having grown in this area of your practice. Simply come with an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to have fun. Let us try and fall together.
