DAF Connecting Circle

The DAF Connecting Circle (formerly General Circle) holds ~90-minute meetings, usually on the first and third Thursdays of the month. All meetings are open to visitors who register here. You will find agendas, meeting notes, and recordings of meetings within the last month here.

The Connecting Circle is made up of representatives of six Functional Circles: Moderators, Facilitators, Communications, Financial, Technical, and Weavers. These circles are formed by self-organizing volunteers. Connecting Circle meetings are for representatives of Functional Circles to exchange ideas, updates, issues, and proposals for activities. DAF uses a sociocratic structure for governance. The Connecting Circle does not make decisions unless there is an emergency or the topic is not within the responsibility of a Functional Circle.
