Did you know that calendar administrators can set up email notifications for other users?
This can be helpful if you want to ensure that
- Each staff member receives a daily agenda of their tasks.
- Team members are notified of changes to their projects.
- Volunteers or employees can see their assigned shifts.
Set up email notifications for a user
- Open the calendar in a browser.
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Click New in the top right.
- Choose Email Notifications or Daily Agenda.
- Choose the recipient from the list of current users or enter an email address.
- On the next screen, set the appropriate options for the notification subscription.
If enabled, any Teamup account user can set up their own notifications.
Push notifications can only be set up by the user on their own device.
