Teamup does not have a batch edit/delete option for events. However, if you need to remove many calendar events at one time, here are some options:
If all the events to be deleted are on a single sub-calendar, you can deactivate or delete that sub-calendar and replace it with a new sub-calendar.
If you deactivate the sub-calendar it will serve as a data archive for those events. If you need to reference them at a later point, reactivate the sub-calendar to show those events again. Be sure to rename the sub-calendar before you deactivate it so you can use the correct name for the new replacement sub-calendar.
If you delete a sub-calendar, all event data on it will be permanently erased.
Another option: export the existing data to a .csv file and edit the events in that exported file. Then import the updated or cleaned up .csv file into the calendar again.
This approach allows you to keep the original events but change title, date, or other information efficiently in the exported file.
Before trying this on your calendar, test it out on one of our Live Demo calendars first. Imports cannot be undone!
