“The Transition Model Canvas (TMC)”:
The Transition Model Canvas (TMC) is an easy to use tool to evaluate and help accelerate transitions. In this talk we will discuss the TMC by covering the theoretical background and how to use the tool in practice. As a short teaser: the TMC takes inspiration from the Business Model Canvas, and allows the user to map a transition and to identify strategies to help further the transition.
The TMC is a valuable tool that can help practitioners navigate the complex world of socio-technological transitions, allowing them to identify change strategies that can accelerate the transition to a more sustainable future.
