If you don't want to view all event details while working in your calendar, or for printing a report, you can use Table view and select which fields are visible.Â
In Table view, each event field is shown in its own column. You can show or hide any column to see only the fields you wish to see. You can then print from Table view for a report that includes only the visible columns (fields):Â

To show or hide columns in Table view, you can click the Show/Hide Columns list in the top right. Or you can use the drop-down arrow on an individual column to hide it. To restore it to view, use the Show/Hide Columns list again.Â
