On the Teamup app, you can access your calendar even if you can’t connect to the Internet. Even if you have connectivity issues with your device, are away from wifi, or are on a plane, you can still work with your calendar.
While offline, you will see the calendar data that was synced the last time you were online.Â
To prevent version conflict, you aren’t able to edit events to your calendar when offline. If you attempt to edit an event, you’ll receive an error message.
However, you can create a new event when accessing your calendar offline. When you save the new event while offline, a small yellow triangle will appear on the event, indicating that it is not yet synced to the server. Note that once you save the event, you will not be able to edit it (until you are back online.)Â
Any changes made to the calendar during the time the calendar is not connected will be saved locally and synced to the server once the connection is back.
You can view your connectivity in the sidebar, next to your avatar. A green button indicates that you are online. A red button indicates that you are offline.
