Learn something new while being still stuck at home in this online bookbinding class. A block book is a very good structure to collect pages who are printed on one side and a beautiful way to present the content.
In this workshop we will make two variations of a block book. The first book will have a open spine of cloth and paper on back- and frontside.
The other book will have all-over paper on de board pages, a hardcover with cloth and paper and a attractive opening on the spine.
Because of the hinge- construction of both structures the books will open perfectly.
Participants take care for their own content like pictures, postcards, decorated paper, prints so the books will be very personal. All participants will receive a package by post with all materials for the two lessons pre-cut, so you are ready to start.
