Join us for a conversation with Democracy Works to discuss voter participation for the 2020 election. We will be joined by Mike Rogers, the chief development officer of Democracy Works. Mike will walk us through their strategy, starting with the rapidly changing election landscape, then vote by mail methods, and thinking beyond vote by mail.
Mike is the Chief Development Officer for Democracy Works, leading the fundraising and donor relationships that fund our voter engagement mission. He started his career in his home state of Ohio with the American Cancer Society as a regional director, managing a team that handled all aspects of fundraising. His experience also includes the American Red Cross, and Keep America Beautiful, both national organizations with complex fundraising programs. All the while, Mike followed his personal passion of civic engagement and encouraging people in his community to participate in our government. Now in New York City, Mike has merged his personal passion with his professional work and is building partnerships with key stakeholders to support the critical mission of Democracy Works.
