Our 1st Quarter Theme is Branding: Bringing your Product to Life.
And March is all about - Product Photography.
Join us for this in-depth Presentation about Product Photography. This week will focus on Capturing that Great Product Image with David Orr:
David Orr first picked up a camera at a summer photography course taught by Wendell Waters at the old Mesa Arts Center, and then years later in high school, photographing landscapes while hiking and camping around Arizona and the southwest. He continued to study photography in college while earning a Master’s in English—Creative Writing. David’s first experience photographing jewelry was lampworked glass beads made by his mom, artist Kristen Frantzen Orr. He gradually expanded from there, working with members of the ASGB and ISGB, as well as artists in other media. He has been photographing jewelry professionally since 2001, assisting artists with juried show and gallery applications, as well as images for web and print marketing.
David is now the owner and operator at David Orr Photography.
