👩💻Calendar administrators can manage Teamup account users who have access to your calendar, as well as groups and links, in Settings > Sharing. The Sharing settings show a list of all users, groups, and links that have access to your calendar.
There are certain icons used in the sharing list. Here's what they mean.
User image/avatar: The profile image/avatar indicates account-based access.
Link: The link icon indicates link-based access.
Toggle: A green toggle ✅ indicates an active link. A red toggle ❌ indicates a deactivated link. Click the toggle to change the status.
Copy: Click the copy icon to copy the calendar link or account URL to your clipboard.
2FA shield: The 2FA shield shows whether an account-based user has two-factor authentication enabled or not. If enabled, the shield is black. If not enabled, the shield is gray with a line through it.
Key: The key icon shows if a shareable calendar link is password protected. If a password has been assigned, the key is black. If not, the key is gray with a line through it.
Pencil: Click the pencil icon to edit the settings for a user or link.
