“Wind Power Policies and Diffusion in the Nordic Countries”

While these countries share many similarities as Nordic welfare states, their wind power policies and the subsequent diffusion patterns have varied greatly. This book, co-authored by Jon Birger Skjaerseth, Teis Hansen, Jakob Donner-Amnell, Jens Hanson, Tor Håkon Jackson Inderberg, Helle Ørsted Nielsen, Birgitte Nygaard and Markus Steen, provides a comprehensive comparison of these policies and their effects.
The central theme revolves around understanding the unique patterns of policy mixes and wind power diffusion in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. The authors also shed light on the transition policy mix literature, emphasizing its current insensitivity to political feasibility.
