MULTIPLE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES - DEAN'S OFFICE
SUMMARY
Dean's Office at Rush University Graduate College seeks exceptional interns to support existing projects:
- Higher Education Leadership:
- Assist the dean with the existing projects on education and research across the graduate college
- Career Development:
- To help craft materials on biomedical graduate education, curriculum, career, and professional development.
- To assist with the development of new programs related to career and professional development
- Science Communication:
- To develop content for graduate college social media platforms on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. Examples include interviews with current students, faculty, alumni, and events/projects offered at the graduate college or across Rush.
Required Skills
Verbal and written communication, organizational skills, Microsoft Office.
Commitment
- These are remote unpaid internships for up to 10 hours per week for at least one semester.
- These experiential learning opportunities are available for students and postdoctoral fellows from Rush University or others.
Outcomes
These opportunities will enable interns to gain or improve knowledge about higher education administration and leadership, graduate career and professional development, biomedical graduate education, outreach, scientific writing, marketing, and communication.
