With admin access, you can easily clean up your calendar sharing. This is important as a regular practice for calendar security, and also important when an individual leaves the organization.
First, access the calendar in a browser and go to Settings > Sharing. There you can see all the calendar links and user accounts attached to the calendar.
Remove all account users who should no longer have access to the calendar:
Select the pencil icon to the right of the user name, then select Remove. This will completely remove their access from the calendar.
Remove out-dated calendar links to prevent unauthorized access:
Select the pencil icon to the right of the link. Then select Delete.
If there are other users who still need that link to access the calendar:
If you are unsure which link was shared it may be best to remove them all and create new links and/or add each user as an account user.
Are there any links with administrator access, perhaps from the original calendar setup or previous administrators? Now is the right time to secure these links, as they could lead to security breaches. Delete or deactivate any link with administrator access; only the current, authorized calendar administrator should have this level of access. See more here.
