You can use Teamup's event page feature to coordinate and share information about a single event with others.
It's simple and secure.
You don't have to share your calendar or send an invitation for the event. Just create the event on your own calendar, then share it as a page. Copy the event page link and send it to anyone who needs the details. They'll be able to see all the information for that event, without any access to the rest of your calendar.
What if you want to do a little more than share the event details? You might want to discuss restaurant options, coordinate on transportation, or get a definite count of who's planning to come.
You can do all that and more with an event page.
Open the event, enable event comments and make them visible to all users.
Once that's done, event comments will be included on the event page. Anyone with the event page link can open the event page, see any comments, and leave their own comments as well. So you can share ideas for where to eat, make plans to share rides, and so on.
Event comments are also great for collecting feedback or sharing photos after an event, too.
Open the event, enable event signups and set the deadline, maximum number, and so on as needed.
Now the event page will have a blue Signup button near the top. People viewing the event page can click the Signup button and enter their name and email to sign up for the event. You can decide if the list of signups is visible on the event page or not.
