Tessa Corno is a multifaceted expert in the fashion footwear industry with over 20 years of leadership experience in brand strategy, design, marketing, buying and sales. In 2021, Tessa founded Cobble Hill Creative, a brand strategy consulting company, with a mission to empower women by helping entrepreneurs transform their passion into a thriving organization. Tessa is actively committed to her community and has been involved in many women-centric organizations including Women in the Footwear Industry-Mentor, Lean In-Circle Co-leader, UMSL Accelerate - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Accelerator – Mentor, Women’s Foundation of St. Louis-SustainHER and Rung for Women. A native of St. Louis, she lives in Tower Grove with her husband Ryan and son Roman.
Jenn Randazzo
BIO:
Jenn Randazzo is a registered dietitian who’s spent her career as a CEO, regardless if she had a boss. Whether working on a food truck, in her own private practice, or for a billion-dollar nutrition brand, she's embraced her entrepreneurial spirit to grow, get promoted and feel fulfilled in the workplace. Her mission is to help other women do the same.
A St. Louis-native and Nerinx Hall grad, Jenn currently resides in Tower Grove South with her husband Chris, furbaby Judith, and foster pup, Bella. She balances her work life by running Forest Park, spending way too much money on condiments and desperately trying to revive her vegetable garden.

Margaret Bailey
BIO:
Margaret Bailey is a Vice President at CannonDesign and a Leader for the St. Louis Lean In Network. She leads strategic initiatives and operations for CannonDesign’s global health and wellness market; managing a $100 million-dollar practice; and scaling new cross-functional programs that support market differentiation and business growth. She’s become an expert at helping organizations transform from the inside to better respond to market shifts and customer expectations. As a Lean In Network Leader Margaret works closely with LeanIn.Org, the nonprofit organization founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, and is a part of a global leadership cohort for Lean In that partners with the Wall Street Journal and other female-focused organizations.
Prior to CannonDesign, Margaret worked for several large design firms in Chicago as well as a short stint in academia at Saint Louis University. She received her Bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and her Master’s of Business Administration with a focus on marketing from Loyola University Chicago. Passionate about women’s issues and social impact, Margaret pursues opportunities to encourage diversity whenever possible. She attended the 2019 and 2021 Fortune Most Powerful Women Next Gen Summit, is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis as well as a member of the St. Louis Forum which brings together female executives in the Greater St. Louis area. In 2021, she began serving on the Board Committee for Ronald McDonald House Charities St. Louis that is supporting the design of a new RMHC house in Forest Park Southeast. Margaret lives in St. Louis with her partner James, their two sons, and dog Badger.
