Count down to the big day

Are you looking forward to a special event like a graduation, wedding, or a family vacation? Or perhaps you're counting down to a big change, like moving or starting a new job.

Print a customized countdown that the whole family can see. Mark off the days and heighten the excitement as the big event gets closer. 

Print a customized big event countdown calendar

To print a countdown calendar, you'll first duplicate the big event(s) to a dedicated sub-calendar. Then you can print only that sub-calendar's events. After you print, you can deactivate that sub-calendar; it will be there to use again if needed for the next special event!

1. Open your Teamup calendar in a browser.
2. Go to Settings and create a sub-calendar for Special Events (or similar).
3. Duplicate the big event(s) on your calendar to the Special Events sub-calendar.
4. Hide all sub-calendars except the Special Events calendar.
5. Adjust the calendar view and date range to show the countdown you want. Multi-week view works well, as you can adjust the number of weeks shown. 
6. Print your countdown calendar!

Print a blank countdown calendar

They're easy to download in PDF format to use with a tablet or as a printable.
