Do you want a calendar view that shows only weekdays?

Set your default view to Week view and hide the weekends. Your calendar will show 5 days at a time with the first day being Monday.
If you're not the calendar administrator, you can still get a weekday-only view with link parameters.

Multi-day view can be configured to show 5 days a time, as well. But in Multi-day, the current day is always in the leftmost (first) column. On Monday, you would see only weekdays. But as the week progresses, the visible days would change.
Note: If you don't want to hide weekends in other views, you can use Multi-day view set to 5 days, and simply adjust the date manually when you open the calendar to show Monday-Friday.
