How to check your calendar subscription

You can use Teamup for free. You can also upgrade a Teamup calendar to a paid subscription (see subscription plans).
Each master calendar has its own subscription. If you're not sure what subscription your calendar has, you can check it in the calendar settings. You can change (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel) your subscription there, too.
- Note: Only the calendar administrator can access the calendar's settings.
Check a calendar's subscription level
- Open Teamup in a browser.
- Make sure that you have the right calendar open.
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- You will see information about your current subscription plan. Use the options to downgrade, upgrade, cancel your subscription, switch to monthly or yearly billing, etc. More details here.
About calendar subscriptions
- Teamup subscription plans are calendar-based to allow for centralized management.
- Each master calendar has its own (free or paid) subscription plan, so each master calendar is managed separately.
- User accounts are free and are not tied to a calendar subscription.
