If your calendar is on display in a public area, you want to keep it refreshed with the latest updates to events.
To do so, we recommend adding a refresh link parameter to the calendar link.
Doing so will cause the calendar to automatically refresh on a regular basis. It's a good method for keeping visible events current on unattended displays, as shown in this story:

To set up an automatically refreshed display, typically you'd use a read-only link. Then append ?refresh=[minutes] to the end of the link.
Here's an example of the Teamup Ticker calendar link, set to be refreshed every 60 minutes:
