Teamup offers a free (basic) subscription level. This is not a trial period: there is no cut-off date on using Teamup as a free service. You can create a Teamup master calendar for free and continue using it for free as long as needed. See details here.
You may need more calendars or users than you can have on the free plan. If you want to upgrade to a paid subscription plan, here's what to consider.
Each subscription plan allows a certain number of sub-calendars and account-based users. So think first about how you'll set up the structure of your calendar, to determine how many sub-calendars are needed. Then consider who needs access to the calendar.
Beyond that, there are different allowances for the number of custom fields (and options), how much historical data can be accessed, and file upload limits. You'll also want to take a look at other features like password protection for links, the Daily Agenda, and refresh rates for inbound iCal feeds.
