When punching holes in a signature for sewing a book, a sewing cradle is a handy tool to hold the folded sheets. Learn how to make a sewing cradle that folds flat and is portable. You’ll also make a slipcase for the cradle parts. All materials furnished and pre-cut. This is a fun (it’s always fun hanging out in Al’s garage), easy and practical class resulting in a tool that you can add to your bookbinding toolbox. Experience using a sharp knife (X-Acto, or ?) is recommended.
