Marlow moving water skills

One of two similar events. Second on Wednesday 22 July.
A fantastic opportunity to play on moving water near Marlow and learn about weirs, in small boats.
Coaches Jane Wyndham Smith and Ian Bowdtich are running this 'moving water skills development' evening, where you will learn how to read the water around weirs and practice effective paddling techniques on moving water. Note we will only play on the weir if the conditions are suitable on the day.
The cost is £15 boat/kit hire to CPCC a/c, ref 'SurnameBoatHire', and £20payable to Jane on the day (cash only please).
We will need to find our own way to Bisham, Marlow with a boat so will aim to pair attendees with a car buddy.
Meeting in Bisham at 6 pm promptly and finishing when it gets dark.
This is a great evening, which has already been tried and tested by many of our coaches and members.
Location details will be emailed to signees. Please let enquiries know if you are able to drive and transport a boat.
