Make sure there are no errors in your email address when you enter it in the reset form! A simple typo will keep you from receiving the password reset email.
Check your spam folder. Many email providers have precautions in place to protect you from junk/spam email. In some cases, any email from an unknown sender will not be allowed through or will be sent straight to the spam folder.
