Allow sales team to upload photos without editing events

In many companies, each job "belongs" to a member of the internal sales team. The sales person may continue to manage communication with the customer, including updates or changes to the job. But the job itself is completed by the installers or technicians. 

It's important that the job information is not changed or removed by the salesperson as the job is underway. But the sales person needs a way to add specifics, note changes, and upload photos while the job is being done.

• Everyone on the sales team can have read-only access to the "Active Jobs" sub-calendar. Read-only access prevents them from making any changes to the events on this calendar. 
• Event comments can be enabled for all users. This is a setting that the calendar administrator can configure.

With event comments enabled for all users, the sales team can read, add, and edit comments on the events, without being able to change the actual events. Each event comment has rich text formatting and image uploading. So the sales team can add notes and upload photos as needed, without any risk of inadvertent errors or missing information.
