Many types of jobs and tasks involve numerical data, from hours and pricing to part numbers or project IDs. While these numbers need to be captured, it’s often not appropriate to share them with every single person involved in the job.
With Teamup, you can choose whether an event field is visible to all users or only to users with modify access. This simple but powerful setting allows you to capture all the information in one place, while only allowing each person to see what's appropriate for their role.
Here’s an example: On the left, for a Modify user, all event fields are all visible. On the right, for a user who has Read-only or Add-only permission, several event fields are not shown.
