Teamup's paid subscriptions will automatically renew as long as there is a valid payment method in the calendar's billing information. The billing contact will receive a subscription renewal reminder a month before the renewal date.
Auto renewal is set up to prevent any loss of calendar use. We know that many people depend on Teamup to run their business, manage teams, etc. Auto renewal helps keep things running smoothly, without interruption.
If you don't want your subscription to automatically renew, a calendar admin can remove the payment details for the calendar.
Your subscription will continue through the current billing period.
If payment details are not added before the end of the paid subscription period, the calendar will be downgraded automatically to our free plan.
The billing contact will receive an email before the calendar is downgraded. To avoid interruption of the paid features, reactivate the subscription by entering payment information and choosing the plan you want.
