You can set up a feed of multiple Google calendars to one Teamup calendar. Then you'll have an overview of all the events on the separate calendars in one place.
Create a single, combined view of separate Google calendars
Why create a combined Google calendar feed?
An organization has many members with individual Google calendars. They want an overview of all these individual calendars in one place so it's easier to plan organization-wide meetings and events.
A marketing department plans campaigns and events around holidays and seasonal trends. They want an overview of holidays for each global market for easier department-wide planning and coordination.
A group of friends likes planning social events and traveling together, but finding available times for everyone becomes a hassle of back-and-forth emails and group chats. They want a single shared overview of all their individual Google calendars.
No problem with Teamup!
You can use inbound iCalendar feeds to sync other calendars into Teamup. By setting up a feed for each separate Google calendar into the same Teamup calendar, you get one place to see all those events.
Note: The sync is one-way, and the events will be read-only.
How to see multiple Google calendars in Teamup
Get the ical feed URL for the first Google calendar. Google refers to the URL as the secret address.
Open Teamup in a browser.
Go to Settings > Calendars.
Click the blue New button > Add iCalendar feed.
Paste in the feed URL/secret address for the first Google calendar.
Give the feed a specific name.
Adjust the color and refresh interval as desired, then Save.
Repeat for each Google calendar.
Each feed counts as one sub-calendar. Teamup's free (Basic) plan includes up to 8 sub-calendars. To add more than 8 Google calendar feeds, upgrade to a paid subscription.
