How to use static grid in Month or Multi-week view

In Month or Multi-week view, if you have many events, the row of daily boxes will expand to show all the events. When this happens, you may no longer be able to see the entire month or set of weeks on your screen.
If you prefer, you can use a static grid to keep the rows from expanding. If you do so, you can scroll through each row to view the hidden events.
Toggle the arrow in the top left corner to switch from flexible grid to static grid:
When you switch to static grid, the scroll bar will adjust automatically. You can use your mouse wheel or the scroll bar to see any hidden events on a weekly row:
