Schedule: Jun 3 & 10, 2021 -- 10am - 12pm (ET);
9am - 11am (CT); 8am - 10am (MT); 7am - 9am (PT);
In this 2-day online course we will be exploring ways to tell an exciting narrative in a photo or art book. You’ll learn dynamic techniques for sequencing images, using different “voices” in text through type treatment, collage, drawing and painting, all the way through to imagining unique endpapers. In the second class we’ll be examining ways to make a book one of a kind, while still being part of a collection. This not only makes a book more interesting and valuable but helps price it easier at a point that can yield a profit. This class is designed to help make the most compelling book!
