How to give users access to some attachments only

User question: For our crew members on the field, we want them to access their jobs on the calendar, but not the attachments. Or in some cases we want them to have access to some attachments, but not all of them.
With Teamup, you can use customized access and field visibility control to set this up. Here's how:
- Add those users with read-only access to the relevant sub-calendars.

- Set the attachments field to be visible to users that have modify permission:
- Keep the description field visible to all users.
The result:
- Any attachments uploaded to the attachments field will be hidden from these read-only users.
- Any attachments uploaded in the description field will be visible to these users.
