A business provides logistics help for a variety of corporate clients. They work with a team of contractors and need a streamlined way to know which contractors are available so they can schedule client work quickly and efficiently.

Sub-calendars

• Staff members each have an individual sub-calendar.
• Each contractor has an individual sub-calendar. 
• Calendars are organized in folders.

Basic configuration

• The default calendar view is Scheduler showing multiple days. Staff can quickly scan the calendar columns to see who's available as they schedule work assignments.

• Event fields are configured to be more useful. The Who and Where fields are relabeled, the Signup field is deactivated, and the Comments field is enabled and visible to all users by default.

Calendar access

Staff members have account-based access to the calendar.

Contractors are given access with a shareable, customized link. They can set up a free Teamup user account, add the calendar link to their dashboard, and still benefit from all account features like a global dashboard, syncing across devices, and event reminders. 

Each contractor has a link with modify-from-same-link permission for their own sub-calendar. 

Here's calendar access for contractor Mark. He can see only his own sub-calendar. He can add events, but can't change the events added by office staff.
