Calendar dashboard now indicates access type with icons (browser)

Our latest update brings some helpful design changes to the dashboard.
On a browser, each calendar tile now indicates the type of access:
- Account-based access shows an avatar next to the name of the user.
- Link-based access has a link icon and the name of the link.
- Administrator-level access is indicated with a crown icon in the top right corner.
