This is only the sign up sheet. Karen will send your information to the instructor/training school and they will send you an email on how to register.
This a blended course. Part is done online and part is done in-person. The online must be completed before the in-person is done. If you do not complete the online you will not pass the course.
Please make sure staffing and your Team Leader are aware you have signed up for first aid.
