You can use custom fields to track these data points, then review your patterns and progress in Table view.

In this example, custom choice fields allow you to select the number of reps for each set from a few predetermined options. Custom number fields allow you to manually enter the weight for each set.
Add a Teamup widget to your phone to quickly capture data during your workout. You can also upload videos and charts for easy reference. Want to create a consistent workout routine? Copy your "Leg Day" event for the next day you want to repeat that routine.
Once you start tracking your fitness data consistently, you can review your progress in Table view. Look back over the last week, month, or longer to see patterns, note consistency and interruptions, and see how you're trending in different areas.
