You can use Teamup as a self-booking system. If you do so, you may want users to review guidelines or agree to terms and conditions before they make a booking.
Here's how you can set this up.
Note: You'll need to have users make bookings via the browser version of Teamup Calendar (e.g. an embedded calendar or calendar link opened in a browser or mobile browser) not on the Teamup mobile app.
Require users to review/agree to guidelines before self-booking
Customize the About box with the text of your guidelines or a link to the documents you want users to review prior to booking.
Add a custom field. Make it a single-choice custom field that is required. The options could include Yes, I agree and No, I don't agree (or similar options, depending on your needs). Here's an example:
Since the field is required, users will not be able to save their booking unless they choose an answer.
Helpful tips
Change the title of the About box to "Guidelines" or "Terms and Conditions" or similar.
You can include only 1 option (e.g. "I have reviewed and agree to the terms") so that users cannot complete a self-booking without agreeing to the terms of the booking.
Use the custom field title to direct users to the guidelines/terms they need to review.
