Meet and Mend! Friendly clothes mending group - be part of the community shawl!
Do you have a pile of items that just need some small repairs or alterations to be able to be worn or have a new lease of life? At this July session we'll also be working towards a contribution to a community shawl for NoFit State's Clifton Street Celebration 2026, please join us.
Come together for a couple of hours where we all bring our little things that need doing such as some hems fixing, buttons replacing, anything that gives our clothes a new lease of life!
There will be a sewing machine and some other basic items available but please bring along any other bits and bobs you have that you might need.
This isn't a session about learning how to fix things, it's more about allocating time to get together and get our mending done... but I'm sure there will be plenty of knowledge shared too!
