🖨 How to create your own Family Planner printable with Teamup

Need a way to stay coordinated with family members? Create a Teamup calendar for family scheduling and plans. It's easy to set up and you can customize it to work for what your family needs.

Create a family planner + calendar

To create your own family planner like this, here are the steps:

1. Create a new calendar (free) or use an existing calendar.
2. Add sub-calendars:
   • Option 1: Go to Settings > Calendars and add the calendars you need for each family member.
   • Option 2: Start with a template .csv file.
     1. Download the family planner.csv   
     2. Edit the .csv file with the names of your family members and save.
        • Optional: make use of some Pro Tips here. 
     3. Append /settings/import-subcalendars to your calendar URL, or go to Settings > Import and click the Sub-calendars link at the top. 
     4. Import the .csv file you saved in step 2.
3. Adjust any additional settings as you wish:
   • Change the calendar title in Settings > Identity
   • Go to Settings > Calendar Views to set Scheduler View as the default view
     • Set the default of Scheduler View to a Multi Day date range with the resolution you prefer:

If you'd prefer to have your family planner hang on a kitchen board or the door of your refrigerator, simply print it out with your browser's Print function!
