"We currently have 7 vehicles... For the most part, the Teamup calendar is utilized for reserving vehicles for the 8 drivers we have in our various programs. It is very helpful for a staff person to be able to look at the shared calendar, and immediately see which vehicles are available, then reserve a vehicle and enter the event on the Teamup calendar. As the transportation coordinator, If a vehicle has issues, or is out for repairs, inspection etc., I can block that vehicle off on the calendar, make a note on the Vehicle title, and show that it is unavailable.

Teamup is so user friendly, I have had no issues with training our drivers on how to use and navigate it. I just want to THANK YOU again for the use of your online calendar and scheduling program. It is a huge help at our agency. Easy to use and navigate."
