Scenario: You need to schedule multiple meetings over the next month. Each meeting lasts 1-2 hours. What's the easiest, fastest way to get these meetings on the calendar?
In Month view, you can see the whole month ahead. In Multi-week view, you can see the number of weeks specified from the current date. Either one of those views will show you the date range you need for adding multiple meetings.
But since those views don't have a time grid, every new event you create will have all-day as the pre-filled event duration. You'll have to adjust the time for each event, which can get quite tedious.
Scheduler view has a time grid, like Day and Week view, but can be adjusted to show a longer date range. So you can see the date range you need, while also using the time grid to quickly create events with the needed duration.
